I am not sure of the scope of your work but i have been recommended NEBOSH IGC to a lot of people. Also NEBOSH Diploma is very good if you are deep into HSE. A good first aid trainer's course would be nice.
What is important is that you should do these courses from those who seriously teach the content and not only coach to pass exams by giving question papers. i have seen major disasters due to these unprofessional lot in the market who are just trying mint money
If your objective is to gain knowledge in the field of HSE then all you have to do is read and study the OSHA documents. You see, company safety documents were created based on the standards set by OSHA.
On the other hand, if you just want to put color in your CV and impress employers then take training courses related to HSE.
First of all,It depends on what you want because there are varieties of courses on occupational health and safety.New safety engineer I should learn safety certification like NEBOSH IGC ,IOSH ,NFPA ,FIRST -AID COURSE AND FIRE SAFETY SAFETY TRAINING COURSE INCLUDING H2S .
