This sort of situation is sometimes common and we need to understand that the the people making jokes have some issues in respect in their career move or some other issues which they cannot express in normal settings and so they take the opportunity to express their anger in a training session.
Solution: The instructor shall take a moment of silence and request the participant to come in front of everyone to tell the joke formally. Hopefully, the participant will understand his mistake, his anger will be minimized and he will not try to do this again.
Thanks
You have to stop him-her and force him-her to respect others
I am asking him a very difficult question so that he can not answer. He will never make jokes again in the future. It is a very effective method. No one wants to be in such a situation especially in front of comrades or colleagues.
Thanks for invitation,
1- Don't sharing them that jokes and noise, be very quite for max.one minute.
2- Unless they are returned to their respectable manner, you have to speak to them very sharply telling that you will leave for max. five minutes for a break, in order to change their attitude.
3- Upon you are leaving the training room, call the training coordinator, asking him to enter the training room in order to convey to the participants that you are very unhappy and angry with their attitude, and they have to be more respectable in order to be enable to complete training session.
4- upon you reenter the training room, speak to the participants, in a very sharpen wording that they are wasting your and their time by this noise, and that you are accepted to be trainer in this course for the benefit of them and their organisation as well.
You know every organization have intern policy and rules that content disciplinary actions in your place i will ask the instructor to report them second can discount from his salary also punish him from any bonus benefit for a year depending on the company policy or exclude him from any training in the future because he can damage the quality ( safety - the learned expertise - collaboration ) of the training so when you evaluate the training result next time you find low efficiency and poor KPI result
Thanks for your invitation, Agree on experts answer.
Just smile and invite him to the front and discuss if his business is related to the training.
there is different personalities for the trainees so i will use the suitable way to involve him more in our training by giving him tasks to make him busy or try to give him tasks that needs more concentration to what iam saying to finish it .
We are in the working please be respectfully , or you can go alone
The trainee must respect the coach
And session that benefit
And unless it Departure
Stop, stand still, look at him in the eye, and hold on the silence till he feels ashamed and apologizes, or he by himself leaves the class whichever happens first.
