Discuss with person to understand his problems and views against the organization. Clarify / convince him about the reasons for dissatisfaction with relevant examples or making him to understand the situation for his problems. Assure him a better approach / opportunity from organization side.
First, I try to find out the reasons behind his dissatisfaction, then I try to find out if there are other employees that share the feeling, but they just don't show. If the reasons are strong enough, then I think he/them might be right.
If an employee is dissatisfied with the organization, then there must be a good reason behind the dissatisfaction. However, this is a very sensitive situation because the employee may not be able to express their feelings to their manager/supervisor because of the fear factor. Therefore, a manager/supervisor must approach the employee in a very friendly way in order to gain their trust and ensure them that no harm will come their way if they express their opinion freely and honestly. It is also recommended that the employee be taken out of the workplace because that might make them feel more comfortable when speaking without worrying that someone else might see them speaking/complaining to the manager.
Getting feedback from your employees is very important in management and managers/supervisors must always take time from their day at least once a month to listen to the opinions of everyone.
Once the problem has been stated or announced, the decision can be made on whether or not the problem can be solved.

Because once an employee join in an organisation he may have HOME SICKNESS, Environmental issues and colleagues nature.if we identify his problem we can easily find a solution.
Most of them are unsatisfied with their TASK.While an employee join in an company, should not compel to do the heavy work load.
Provide a proper supervision by a competent supervisor,
Training should be conducted.
Pleasant work environment should be provided.
Provide suitable task according to the qualification and experience
