The Question Itself is wrong, AutoCAD is a software were all the types of drawing can be done & Perspective is one among them  example is isometric

Perspective is a way of drawing an object3 dimensional usually manual drawn in2D,3D modeling creates this type of drawing  

These are2 most used, but not limited ways to draw a Perspective... ISOmetric is usually used to show piping in the oil industry, architecture ... Dimetric more in building machinery.. 

Drawing/modeling in3D eliminates manual perspective drawing and therefore errors creating this type of perspective drawing on a shop drawing.

 

Dimetric (angle7 degrees for front view and angle for the side view with1/2 of the object length)

Isometric the object stands on the tip front view and side view are drawn in1:1 at an angle of degree to both sides

Auto-cad is 2dimensional drawing where,.. perspective drawing is 3 dimensional drawing,we see level of depth in  perspective drawing.
