Low standard of living for civil engineer, because he works on temporary contracts and sometimes without insurance, for those who are working as government employees the salary is too low

The prevalence of bribery, corruption and lack of professional conscience, which makes the work site as the bog

 

He support all responsibility in regard of the project especially in the case of the absence of control
