I'm interested in working outside of the USA and have been searching for employment overseas, not much success yet and I feel I have a lot to offer from my years of experience.
Most the times, when a person applies for a job in overseas countries, the recruitment department keeps in mind that they are going to call for interview to a person residing in their country. So it's better to move to some country, mention the address of that country in your Resume and then it will be easy for you to find a job there. staying outside sometimes won't help. You have tried much, you will succeed.
