Considering that nowadays we have unexpected health events/problems, it is very useful to be trained so you can act accordingly and save a life.

The best way if it is a shift based job you can create trainings for a certain amount of persons to cover the whole shift in case of anything. Usually having a small number of persons that can give first aid is more productive: you don't have 10 persons trying to do something different, you have 2 persons focused on the person, they can give all the right operations and so on.

Answer is yes .With such high statistics, a workplace must be equipped with responsive employees who know what to do if one of their colleagues has a heart attack at work.because if some one know about that and the patient can be handled as serious case /emergency base and as soon as possible will be shifted to nearest hospital. emergency action could be save  some one life  .

Yes.  It doesn't cost very much and it improves staff morale.  It's also part of being a good corporate citizen.

If the training actually saves a key employee, who subsequently returns to work, that's a very valuable bonus.

It is absolutely critical. I have been through an episode where the presence of a CPR trained employee helped save another person's life.

Of course yes, Legally it is a requirement not only in your industry but other industry as well.  It is called Contingency Plan. It is usually easy to understand if the plan is placed in a flow chart.

The basic objective is to carry out an action in case of an emergency. For it to become useful it has to be tested regularly in the form of announced or unannounced drills. Each drill is to be observed by observers  and their observations must be noted to correct loopholes in the carried out actions. This will improve the quality of action of the plan.
