If the company you had spent plus years working for decided to sell and the new owners wanted you to make changes that you felt weren't in the best interest of the employees or your customers and you voiced your opinion as the manager and were over ruled would you resign or stay on?
Moral Values and Ethics.
Because job can be changed but values and ethics can not be changed.
My decision should stay as professionally and do my job as is right as for the moment. The next step is to find for better opportunity.
