to become a food critic you must love food first and you must know what are the food that is being put in front of you. you must have the knowledge to identify the ingredients of the meal by just smelling it, know your thing first. you must recognize the food and diffrentiate it whether its sweet, sour,salty, bitter or omame and if it does work on those taste.
