Women are getting more social response and work

Well, we feel like that but still huge gape in men and women.

I am putting up few points, why we feel like that.

# Some organisations have started diversity and any new/replacement position coming up that’s normally get filled by women. So we feel that women are getting more work, although gap is still very high.

# Todays media is also pushing women right, diversity, equal pay etc.  As a part of society, we do encounter those news on daily basis and that’s impacting our perception.

# Social response to women is on higher side, as women response to a woman is high (Because of their nature) as well as male response to women is very high (this is because well-known reasons)

Although society has still huge gap but We man has started feeling that women are getting more jobs and work.

In general , I think it depends on the skills and qualification needed in each position.

Professionally speaking, a person who meets all the requirements to conduct a particular job is supposed to get that job regardless of the gender or ethnical background. When we say requirements of a job, this includes flexibility to travel and long working hours on depends of personal life (to highlight work-life balance) which requirement - in general - men can meet it more than women do especially in cultures where - provided all the considerations - women are traditionally more involved in taking care of the family and home. However, at the end of the day, an accurate answer to this question requires statistics in the relevant markets.

No, I don't agree as opportunities are always there its upto you to grab or let it go. People are biased as they are threatened to loose the job and their comfort zone. Its great to see females leading the world at different level and why it should not be as they are the best manager as they grow a man from child and shape the career. I child is a child for a mother so an employee is an employee first and later female or male

Working in the HR dept. i do agree with the statement, but the reasons for this change are not favorable to women in any ways. My reasons are as follows:

1. Woman are paid much lesser then men who work in the same positions and do the same work.

2. Unlike men, women are more focused on doing the job with perfection rather than just completing the task at hand.

3. Women are more docile in nature then men and it is easier in the working environment.

4. The glass ceiling always exists and thus women are not expected to go higher in the company.

These are just a "few reasons" why women get more job responses then men. In no way is this attacking men or women in a negative way but these are the general characteristics that the HR checks before filling in the required positions.
