Depends on the kind of training. But almost the new technology is the winner.

 I do prefer to use the "Visual aids or technology" , in training sessions, as this give trainees the chance to use more than one of their own senses during the theoretical part of training courses, and lead them to be more concentration.

I prefer to use visual media and techniques in training courses, because i am online trainer

In fact if it was training machines produce better to have practical training

Visual training does not help much during training on the machines
