What can we do to avoid communication breakdown?

Communication breakdown can be addressed by the reason of it ,that can be either lack of confidence,fluctuated speech ,unprepared speech ,confusion ,reluctance to what one is going to speak.Many reasons accompany such condition.But the solution is in the reason, to avoid a breakdown one must be prepared beforehand and shouldn't speak anything abruptly ,one must take time before starting but shouldn't think between speaking ,one must be slow while speaking so the tempo is not completely affected by a slight pause ,one must be confident and believe in him/her self.The attire and the place a person is going matters a lot in one's speech so one must be in a good dress ,in a comfortable place and friendly environment .Usually people lack confidence from their complexes of any type either the way they are dressed or the way they are treated or the fears they have.So in short one must address all his complexes to have a fluent communication.

If you find yourself in a career position that begins to pose communications challenges, there are a few approaches to consider. First, it might be time for career advancement with a different company. An additional consideration is upward mobility within the existing company. If the later scenario is desireable, then investing in communication efforts might be redeeming. Sometimes there are career path triggers that serve as signals to bright people that they might be rendering a disservice to themselves and their accomplishments by expending needless efforts spinning their wheels in a stagnant position. In such an instance, seeking to avoid communication breakdowns should not be a heavily weighted factor in everyday work. Co-dependecy on colleague and interwork systems are usually signs of bloat work environments. Finland has undertaken social efforts to ensure employment rotation efforts for their workforce that increases productivity and workplace happiness.
