Cashless help in economy because all the transactions go with internet banking, or any third party application. So the overall transactions come through bank and this becomes legal transactions. He/she going legally and has to show the tax department incoming and outgoing. Therefore these money flow becomes white. According to the slot they have to pay tax, with this government get benefits and this money is used for the improvement in the country.  HOPE  You got me.

  1. Curb Black Money: It's easier to keep a trail of transactions when money is exchanged online. Also, hawala transfers can't be made without paper currency. This does two things:
    1. The govt will get the tax money that would have been evaded if black money was to exist
    2. Curbs illegal activities altogether. A large part of the black money is generated in illegal trades (like selling drugs; Breaking Bad fans would know). Without a payment system, the illegal trade might become difficult.

A cashless economy certainly presents benefits that will boost the economy a lot.

a nation's economy is better when the whole country's GDP per capita get's better and well divided. while a GDP per capita might not be accurate to measure a social wealth, but it gets the job done.

I agree with Mr. Majid Wangade's excellent submission. In addition to it; cashless transactions help to reduce the amount of money in circulation which in turn eliminates the possibilities of pronounced inflation rates. Alot of money in circulation breeds high inflation rates, if cash transactions are replaced with cashless transactions then the possibilities of high inflation rates will be regulatef or eliminate which would be a good sign of a good economy. Also it reduces on the risk on robbery where people who move with alot of money would be exposed to robbers or thieves who in turn would steal their money thus halting their operations. Thanx for the invitation
