It is B middle level, since it bear managerial responsibilities and executive responsibilities

Level B is the mid level they have more responsibilities to manage a sector.

Middle level bears more work load, and it's ideal if they only manage one sector of the firm, top management usually deals with more than one sector, thus load is distributed between each operation, lower management deals directly with one operation.
