Both contract & permanent basis are good & ideal employment alternatives depemding on the Strategic Fit Analysis or Strategic Fit Gap Analysis. The desired organisation human resoure needs must be reconciled with the actual human resource available in the labor market; the outcome of the Strategic Fit Analysis or Gap may show may help the HR department chose the best & suitable terms (contract or permanent) & to recruit the best suitable candidates for the available jobs & roles.Thanx for the invitation

Step 1 - Comparison of available resources and needs

its depend what is that category because here in U.A.E its already given in govt contract secondly its depend on your company strategy some rules are already be there but you can add according to your company policy or sop.but  i think if you will do on company basis it would be on stamp paper to make mandatory.
