ICIMS Great reporting features. Easy to use. Workflow is simple and intuitive. Recruiters love it. Sren layout is easy to navigate. Works well in a consulting firm environment. 

Pros: Ease of use intuitive workflow, easy to track candidates against specific reqs. Organized hundreds of candidates over several projects well.

Cons: More reporting flexibility would be good, User interface often a bit clunky. Too many clicks needed.

Currently you can't depends on one system every system has advantages and disadvantages.

anyhow the recruiter should use his talent to do his best of selection that met requirements
