Always listen first. Show up well prepared, with research done and a few ideas/concepts of course - but the client knows their business far better than you do. Even more importantly, only the client knows their pain points and can tell you what they want to achieve. Ideally your research has armed you with enough material to be able to engage with the client in an informed way, ask insightful questions and even anticipate some of their requests. If you have invested in background research and planning you will be able to field requests with competitive knowledge and set client expectations appropriately.
Listen to the client's need and understand their pain areas, analyse what and where can one improvise on current marketing campaign
Listening customers doesn't have to be difficult. I should know what they really want then give them ways and means to communicate with me and offer their suggestions
understanding customer needs is a must for successful marketing.
Should listen to their needs first
First you need to listen the requirement of the client then later advice them with suitable solution.
Listen to the client's needs first.
Listen first to be able to evaluate the client's needs correctly, without being biased by one's believes or selling objectives.
First of all you need to listen to your clients and try to pull addition information about their needs then create a special plan that fits their needs.
Listening forms the foundation of any effective customer service interaction
