In Ms Excel worksheet how can I unhide multiple sheets at same time without macros? And what is the short cut?

  1. Alt+F11 (opens the VB Editor Window)
  2. Ctrl+G (opens the Immediate Window)
  3. Paste the following line of code in the Immediate Window and press EnterFor Each ws In Sheets:ws.Visible=True:Next

on the Home tab choose Format, Hide and Unhide, and then Hide Sheet. Or, to save a couple of steps, right-click on the worksheet tab and then choose Hide in excel 2007 and later

Select all the sheets that you want to be hide, then right click on sheet tab and press hide. I think there is no direct short key to hide multiple sheets.
