If one of your staff doesn't speak English very well, and there's a training session for the whole company in English, what do you do?

Thanks

No doubt I would direct all staff to attend this session and focus on weak employees

But in general all staff should be attended

I would assist the employee in preparing for and attending the training in the most effective manner. For example, I would get some pre-session training materials in that person's primary language (or dual language) to help them prepare, and  team them up with one or more other bilingual employees for the training. I would discuss the potential differences in language levels with the scheduled trainer to allow them to better prepare for their target audience.

Regarding me I wouldn't make single training session in English without the other language the company I work in facilitates.

I WILL LET THE COORDINATOR AND FACILITATORS OF THE PROGRAM TO BE AWARE SO THAT THE TRAINING WILL BE BROKEN DOWN TO LEVEL OF THOSE WITH LITTLE ENGLISH LANGUAGE BACKGROUND.
