A good customer service expert is crucial for an organization. the job is to understand the customer (his mind, his needs) and the ability to communicate it to the team. Also the part of the job is to provide appropritae guidance to the client for better desicion making.

It has to be a win win situation but somehow if you estabish the trust that clients need is important to you and you are not cutting him off, this will start a strong relationship between your company and the client and the company will be able to sustian the client longer and fruitfully.

The importance of consistency in particular is huge. Customers want to have confidence that we’ll deliver on our promises every time, not just when it’s convenient.

In fact, if we consistently deliver good products and services across our organization, if we mean what we say and say what we mean, if we underpromise and overdeliver, the potential for our organization to not only grow but reach extraordinary heights is real. It won’t guarantee success but it will lay the foundation for us to achieve more and it will usually separate us from our competitors
