Resign and open your own accounting practice. Once you have been in the highest achievable position within your dept. or field for a few years, consider meaningful transitions. Jobs and careers are not interpersonal relationships. Employment is defined by market factors that are sub-human. If you get a position with a company that cares about retaining labor in excess of 5 years, they are probably a boutique outfit or in a stagnant sector and losing market capital quarterly. Beyond crunching numbers, look at the prospect of impressing employers from their perspective. They want to pay you the least to perform the best and cut you loose if you do not meet expectations. You can make friends and negotiate networking relationships if that is critical. Your position is technical. What do you want, a raise?

Yes of course, however, I don't have enough money to invest. I have good reputation in Accountancy market in Pakistan. They know me well and I always have an offer for job if I want.

I am new in the UAE and wanted to start my career here. Therefore, I have difficulties in getting job in the UAE market. Although, I have good expertise in my field and flexible to adopt the changes with the new environment.

I am still searching.......................
