In an interview, how should you answer the following question: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"

The answer to this question will obviously differ from one person to another. However, what are the factors that I should consider when answering this question? Should they be career related factors? Should they be life factors? Or should the answer include the position i'm interviewing for and how I plan to grow in that company?
