If you are having issue with your project, how to communicate them on timely manner to the proper stakeholders?

truth is the key to success. but before conveying to the stakeholders do endeavor to resolve the issue by communicating with the experts in the field. if u get solution, inform the stakeholder in the same manner. if not then inform about your modus operandi for making furthur efforts to resolve this. even though you think it is not resolvable do inform the same fact and never keep tthe stakeholders at dark.doing this will disrepute you socially and professionally.
