Should you build a little muscle first and then do cardio, or should you do cardio first to lose weight and then begin to build muscle?

TO BUILT MUSCLE WE DONT NEED TO CARDIO FIRST. BY DOING CARDIO WE BUILT ONLY STAMINA NOT MUSCLE AND ONLY WE LOOSE CALORIES WHILE DOING CARDIO. BUT WITH DOING WEIGHT TRAINING WE LOOSE MORE CALORIES INSTEAD OF DOING CARDIO.

They found that exercisers did fewer weight lifting reps if they had just ran or cycled. Yet, doing strength training with no cardio beforehand resulted in more reps.

Do cardio 10-15 minutes before work out and aftee session do low intensity cardio if u have fat to burn
