Does your company have a whatsapp group for employees to communicate on? Do you think this is a professional platform for communication?

We encourage employees to use internal communication and messaging platforms(Offical emails) for work-related interactions. WhatsApp cannot be that platfrom.Instant messaging app can only remain an informal and unofficial mode of interaction. They fear losing sensitive data because of loopholes in the app are high and it is a bad practice to send leave messages or data exchange.Companies cannot completely control but definitely should educate employees on the sensitivity of the matter

It is good to for information exchange of developing issues, but is not formal business communication means.

yes we use IM service like whatsapp for communication 

No we do not use WhatsApp for communications, we use email and no I do not think it is a professional platform.

yes, we have group and it facilitates our communication

I think it could be only on group level not all the company, if your work needs to be finalized through more than one department, I think the email should be the professional communication to be used.

Actually we have other tools rather than the whats app and the primary communication tool in my organization is email. 

yes we did but only in small scale. Based on our experience, Whatsapp group is an efisien and effective way to build communication with team in where we can share any ideas and get fastest feedback. But for professsional communication we use email office.

yaah definetely it will help us in different aspects of working ... ..

whats app is not a professional way to communication, emails is batter and  professional way to communicate and  grow up business and company
