Traditionally we identify & analyze the problem to find out a root cause. Stage comes after this is eliminating the cause and to do this we put our all energies, money, time & efforts though sometimes it’s not even required.  Unfortunately, this  what our Business Schools are teaching us because this what has been taught and written by Business Gurus in their Bibles centuries ago.

I believe things have gone changed , societies and nations have developed themselves and changing bit by bit. So, let’s adopt creative thinking as a fashion and use it for addressing issues & problems….. Many of you will agree with me that most of the time bypassing the problem and designing new routes and alternatives is the solution while the problem stays at its place.

To highlight the problem people suppose to know this is the problem and what will damage. Many people dont understand this is the problem. They even dont think about it.

1) Take some pictures or screen shot of the problem and highlight it

2) Draw or sketch - what will damage

3) Draw or sketch the solutions

4) Do the ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

5) Give or work on scientific solution so the problem will not resolve temperory.
