I would start with challenging things, things that I always think of as risky, like changing a career path and work in the field i always wanted to, then I would try to commit to things I always add to my to do list but I never finish, like finishing a book every week, I would find a new hobby or work on a new skill, something technical or something that needs physical movement, follow a new routine, like going out running every morning, I have a lot of things in mind, and I believe that if we can start with such small things, then we are already half way.

I probably don't have ten but i'll try:
any task that will make me question my ethics, maybe it is legal but ethically wrong.
Free working, wither it's part of my job or extra work, if i am doing it without pay
Using my own resources to do something solely work related
any work related interaction with family member
accompanying a colleague to a meeting where he is not professional
take part in training a new employee where he is not willing to learn
getting a load of work that is complicated from another colleague because he is going on a vacation
this is all i could think of now
