in begining of your working life you should work in a small company , you will find their the experience you need , next you can go a bigger company
As a fresh graduate, I would choose small company. For me, one of the benefits of working for a smaller company is that by having a wider range of tasks and responsibilities, I'm able to learn a lot of new, valuable skills related to the work I’m doing. This will give me relevant experience and also gives me experience that could help me shift to another position I could be interested in, either at my current company or acheiving a huge compagny later in the career.
I will choose big company, as the big companies invest in their employees so you will find suitable training and an excellent experience.
