Is a trainer's job too much physically demanding?

Well it depends on trainer to trainer. If a trainer is not passionate about his work, even writing a topic on a board will seem like a burden for him... however if the trainer is passionate, even waiting several hours after shift to get his work done, wouldnt be a pain for him.

A Trainer is required to be on the top of his/ her game all through the training course which can extend over 6-8 hours per day. The trainer is constantly standing, walking and speaking with high energy levels and it can be a physically draining experience for some. However, a passionate trainer holds enough fire in his belly to power him through the session without as much as breaking a sweat!
