about Cost Effective solution, my answer would be the internet and the new media video. or audience is easily accessible go for face to face training
First of all a Need Analysis needs to be done. In an Organization we have people with different skills and for the betterment of the Organization and at the same time bringing in improvement in the staff needs to be given an equal importance. Hence if we do a Training Need Analysis, we will get to know the exact status. All training that is provided should have an end-objective and based on this analysis we need to come up with the best possible solution; which means a customized training programme for the employees. We can use visual media, and use language which is understandable to all. A more interactive sessions with lot of live examples can make the training more interesting and at the same time effective too.
If you are asking about Cost Effective solution, my answer would be the internet, video conferencing or Webinar. If you are asking in a general perspective and your audience is easily accessible go for face to face training (In person). But webinar is also a good option, and mainly used now a day's too. We use video conferencing as a tool for training in our corporate office it's very easy, less technical expertise required, cost effective, and less time-consuming too.
There are numerous methods and materials with the most effective training techniques but I choose to select the option of using power point presentations and story telling which makes communication much easier since its not individually pointing also it brings up a personal touch to every traniee while discussing examples of right and wrong ways to perform skills with the outcome of each way described.
Thanks for invitation,
I do believe that, the most effective way to deliver corporate training courses should include the following steps:
1- Trainer has to be full aware of "the exact training needs of the trainees", through their institution ( HR., Senior Management,..... ).
2- Trainer has to agree with the institution for the training objectives, its duration, exact time, date. and the place which has to contain all needed facilities.
3- Trainer starting in planing and preparing training course contents, handout, and power point presentation,.... .
4- Trainer has to be fully ware of the trainees background, their experience, their training objectives, ....via a prepared application, or verbally / directly from them on the1st session
5- Trainer has to start his sessions in general, by using some "ICE Breaking" tools in order to attract more trainees' attention, he also to be always open minded toward all trainees, their questions and discussions as long as same are in related to the training main subject, especially during the1st. session.
6- Trainer has to include, practical examples, exercises to be sure of the trainees' benefits.
7- At the end of the training course, it is recommended to have trainees' written feedback for the training course, the trainer, the training facilities, and to haw much the training course has achieved required objectives.
In my opinion, Blended learning is a the most effective and commonsense concept that results in great learning success. The blended learning approach is simply acknowledging that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to training. This approach works well because the variety of approaches keeps trainers and trainees engaged in training.
Consider the many factors that affect training:
Any or all of these considerations affect your choices for training and may even necessitate that you use a blended learning approach. Chances are you already use this method perhaps without even realizing it. Have you ever:
If you have done any of the above methods, you are already using a blended learning approach. Here’s how to plan a blended learning training program.
Once you’ve identified training needs, answer these questions about each situation:
Your answers will direct you to the optimal delivery method. However time consuming this process may seem, blended learning offers trainees a well-planned session that is custom-designed for them, the subject, and the learning environment. In the long run, blended learning saves time and money since this training process is an efficient use of resources to help employees develop sufficient levels of knowledge retention.
