In your own teaching environment what forms of pronunciation of English are learners likely to encounter?

i live in Kuwait where you must to cooperate English  at most with Indian and Philippine staffs or employees. Most of Kuwaiti family (98%) have servants from different nationalities and they have to cooperate with them in English language. So the children practice different pronunciation at home and in public.

 in my own teaching environment, the school adapt the American Curriculum but not all the teacher are American but they adapt the American pronunciation in their own rhyme . so, the learners do not feel difficulties within the pronunciation
