Despite the fact that such a situation would be so boring for me, I would just try to be patient as much as possible and wouldn't venture to embarrass the trainer whatsoever.I think we should give everybody a chance as nobody was born educated and experienced.
JUST ASK HIM POLITELY IF HE UNDERSTANDS THE TOPIC CLEARLY. GIVE HIM A SMILE AND
ASK IF INTERESTING AND DID HE GAIN MORE KNOWLEDGE.
It will be pretty difficult to absorb but surely i will indirectly try to make him more involved in it by asking simple questions regarding slides.
You must interrupt and tell him to stop reading and start explaining. Otherwise it is waste of time
i can ask him if i have any command and watch him if he steal didn't add any new inf. or explain from his experience
then i can take material and make self study without spend ore time and money with him
You must interrupt and tell him to stop reading
You guys are all correct in what you've said. We should respect the trainer but we don't want to waste time for nothing.
I will be in the same situation, i will initiate interaction by asking questions based on the topic currently presented. Questions that may be directed to the Trainer and the attendees. This will create and interactive environment and will encourage other to participate.
Thanks for invitation,
Simply, I will try to ask more about what are presented on the slides to encourage other trainees to ask for more clarifications.
Walk out of the classroom if he continues that way
Shoot questions repeatedly ................
