After i read about it i find tests are

• Test on fresh concre:- 1)the slump test 2) the compact test.
• Test for hardened concret :1)comprssion test 2)tensile strength test 3)flexural strength test.

there are many tests to ensure the concrete quality but the most important one is compression strength test, it was also customary to preform slump test to test the concrete water content but with the recent use of plasticizers, it is an ineffective  way to test the water content. however if no plasticizers are used then one can preform the slump test . Also, concrete unit weight is an important test. again there are many test to be preformed depending on the site location, temperature and so on. there are also in situ test of which i can't give a short answer.
