Drinking water 20 minutes before exercising is a good practice, and if the exercise is for an extended period of time then it is also a good idea to do. Replenish you body by what's been lost of fluids during exercise is a a must at the end.

You really must not reach the stage when you feel thirsty. Drink as much as you can also if you do not feel thirsty and drink a lot and not just enough to moisten the inside of your mouth. You should also drink water before, during and after exercise.

And you have to bear in mind that your body can absorb only one glass of water every 20 minutes, to maintain drinking water during exercise and you have to drink a glass of water every few minutes. Do not wait until the end of the exercise period and then drink a lot of water and that's not good for you.

There are three periods should be treated with caution with drinking water or any other means by which exercise an hour and during exercise and after exercise Hour ...

But during exercise would prefer not to drink any fluids at all, except in case of necessity ,, if severe thirst and be simple sips and then shut down completely lips and the passage of a little water from them is to drink water at risk if the body in case of difficulty breathing, rapid heartbeat must pay attention to to remain a simple time before drinking water to calm down the body ...

The period of time after exercise should not be extravagant in eating and drinking during this period, in which the body turns into the stage of activity to relax the stage and also have to deal with water and other liquids in small quantities and at intervals, so that effort does not go in vain exercise.
