Happens more often than one thinks. The instructor should tell the trainee that he will check and revert. In the next session he should confirm the student was correct and any implications. If there is no session following, he should simply say that something different has been illuminated and should be considered.

A trainer is not a 'traditional teacher' but a 'facilitator of learning' in the classroom! It is very much possible that intelligent inputs arise from one of the participants in the training class. If that happens, the trainer must appreciate the correction / input and ask the correcting participant to make his point in further detail!

No one is perfect and in hospitality industry we always learn from each others mistake and each opinion should be recognized and be so corrcted it will be according to how trainees are going to absorb the debte on who is right and who is wrong,  In general we all make mistakes and accepting each mistakes gives a positive ideas on how to deal with it.

Hmm, we learn from the day we are born until we leave this world and so if this occurs thereby taking the Trainer unawares, he shouldn't be ashamed to accept the obvious. To prove his magnanimity, he can ask the Participant to expansiate in order to buttress his correction.

The trainer should thank the trainee for having provided the correct information. He should encourage other trainees also to actively participate in the training similarly. The trainer should also consider this as a lesson learned and make sure that he prepares better for future training sessions.

If, by any means or logic, the trainer is corrected on some genric questions, answers, logics, remedies, solutions or strategies, it is imperative that the trainer accept the correction(s) and thank the correctee. It is a good practice to know and perform accordingly to the fact that "not everything we know is correct".

1st, trainer is a human and can miss some points, and if someone corrects trainer, it should be normal if it is not repeated, otherwise, trainer will show that he /she is weak, at the same time and in order to keep the session as he / she planned, he / she should be smart and try to be flixible, not just insists to show that his / her opinion is correct while the other are wrong, he can simply answer, i need t doubel check and i can get back to you with an accurate answers ,,,,

Say thank you for the correction.  Inform the person that he/she will verify the information.  Update the class on the correct information in the soonest time (might be the next session, or immediately after the session).
