Any business's target is to satisfy the customer, and in order to satisfy the customer you need to satisfy the employees. The biggest problem in Egypt is the lack of a system, there has to be a system that provides the employees with the best working conditio including the safety measures that needs to be taken. Creating goals for the employees should be any company's objective. It all works in a give and take system. When the employee finishes a task knowing that there is a reward, then he/she will exert the best effort to finish that task, and in return there has to be reward, even if that reward is not something materialsitic, a free time can do the deed, or even a simple praise. Your employees are the one's that deliver the service or the product to the customer. You have to respect them, give them their rights, and create a reward system to boost their working mechanism and self esteem.
