KEY RESULT AREA (KRA)

KRA is not the result.

KRA is the area identified as important or crucial where a result will assist in the achievement of the set objectives or goal.

KRA defines what a job is expected to accomplish.

KRA’s might fall within the scope of Key Performance Areas (KPA)

 KEY PERFORMANCE AREA(KPA)

KPA is the overall scope of activities that an individual on a job role has to perform.

KPA is not always result focused.

 

KPA’s can be inclusive of KRA’s

on worker dependent on his attitude  and follow policy

Few things are clear, like:

 

KPA is the scope of work. KRA is the main area(s) within the KPA where results are needed.

KPI????I know its key performance indicator but.........can't talk clearly on it.

 

Would appreciate if few examples are given or quoted.

 

KPI's are for what kind of staff & how the KPI of department is different from that of manager
