KEY RESULT AREA (KRA)

KRA defines what a job is expected to accomplish.
KRA’s might fall within the scope of Key Performance Areas (KPA)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA(KPA)
KPA is the overall scope of activities that an individual on a job role has to perform.
KPA is not always result focused.
KPA’s can be inclusive of KRA’s
KPI for Manager dependent on more on planing and strategy
on worker dependent on his attitude and follow policy
KRA - Key Result Area
KPA - Key Performance Area
KPI - Key Performance Indicator
All these are determinants of measuring performance of an employee and basis of measuring the same!
Few things are clear, like:
KPA is the scope of work. KRA is the main area(s) within the KPA where results are needed.
