It doesn’t matter, both gender are fine, it is about understanding their needs and it is about class management.
In comparison to the relation between men and women, due to their respective rights, freedoms and duties (responsibilities), there are 2 principles that are functionally related to them on the basis of their nature, physical and psychological abilities: 1. Principle of Equality (applicable to their common and mutual abilities) and 2. Principle of deserts-based Justice (applicable to their differences and to their specific needs). Consequently, in maintaining the educational aspect of the children in their young ages, in principal women are in advantage, since they have the spiritual and emotional power, due to their gifted role from God. Hence, they carry out the babies for 9 months, they give birth to them, they breastfeed them and they know exactly how to educate them. AT THE END, THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF SUPERIORITY, BUT A MATTER OF A DIVINE GIFT FOR MOTHERS, AS THE FIRST EDUCATORS OF THE GENERATIONS. HERE, the role of men is by maintaining, supporting and protecting the family. His active and intensive role begins after the early ages of the children ends. Peace!
Both genders are reliable it dependent on way of teaching
Empathy and access to children is superior to gender. I am not aware of studies that indicate superiority of gender per se.
There's no right or wrong answer to this question. I might add that there is no straightforward answer when it comes to language learning and teaching as most researchers stress.
The most common answer in our field is 'it depends on and extremely complicated set of variables'.
What matters when teaching young learners is assess their needs through a thorough needs analysis and base your decisions on your inerpretation of the data
I believe it is not a matter of gender more than a matter of ability to handle children and be patient with them on the hand. On the other the ability to deliver the message and simplify the knowledge to be at their level of understanding the issue. for example, even thou I am a woman and a mother for a wonderful daughter, but I cannot deal with a number of children as students at all. That is what I believe in. For that I prefer to teach the adult students as the university or college students.
Regards.
by my opinion both are fine
In my opinion there is no importance for gender in this matter. Teacher is a person in our life who provides many important things together with the good education. Dedication and sincerity towards our profession is more important.Teachers have the very important responsibility of shaping the lives of young, impressionable children. Both male and female teachers can become a good teacher
Teaching is an art and god gifted irrespective of gender. However, teaching skills can be improved with favourable environment provided by the management.
Without any doubt, women are the best educators and can take extra care in education in early ages.
I think that women are best suited
