First the word 'bad' is really bad. so in this case, if any bad professional misconduct or bad relations by employees in relating with customers or the public will seriously harm the growth of the organisation.
Professional misconduct by employees will cause harm for the growth of the organisation. Example; When an employee (Like a Banker) knows that they should not steal the monies that people save with them but yet still they do and the gets to know about it, this might cause bank run and distrust in that bank and people will run they take their monies to save somewhere else for safe keeping.
And in that event, you loose customers and slow growth. Again in some cases, employees negelence to work might cause harm to groth of the company.
