In a big company ( 500+ staffs) there may be a separate position/ department to handle employee relations.
However, in medium size offices, employee relations is managed by the HR Manager and very small offices, it could be managed by Admin. Manager where there is no position of HR Manager/Officer
HR function with professional team is most reliable platform to safeguard company's interests as well as for the motivation and development of the employees.
