Employees expect

  • Good Behavior -like how are you? How are you doing? Is there anything I can help? (Caring attitude)
  • Recognition of their outstanding performance in the form of appreciation letter or so.
  • Yearly salary increase
  • Thanks your note through email when something is done

Employers Neglect

  • To meet with all staff on monthly basis
  • Forget formal greeting-  Too busy to visit a department or even to say how are you  when crossing an employee in the corridor
  • Not to approve leave quickly when the employee really need

better alternatives for transportation or training, employers usually focus on cutting cost and generating profit but less likely to focus on employees benefits.
