I support colleague Abdulrehmans answer and I will add, spreading team spirit culture and award employees always make them have a loyalty toward organization and reduce turnover
It is very important to have a good employee and employer relation, so that employee are aware of concerns and care of employers, some of step to build more better are, salary appraisals or salary review, in house training, team building, different programs and employee of the month and a good accommodations and to have a briefing with them at least once a month so employees will stay more years with the company, regards...
