What are some qualities of the GOALS in order to serve as a powerful technique for enhancing motivation and performance?

Specific, measurable, attainable, reachable, and timely are qualities of the goal that can help anyone to serve as a powerful technique to motivate workers or colleagues in every company. Goal without these qualities would be a sole speculation and can't help for further growth of the company.

2. Feedback must be provided on goal attainment
