This is a serious pitfall for most companies in middle east. They become too customer centric and forget about their employees. I will want to quote Richard Branson on this. He famously said that he focusses on keeping his employees happy because if he keeps his employees happy then the employees will ensure that the companies customers are happy because they know that if the company is financially happy then only it can continue to make them happy. I believe Customer Analytics, which is a new field in data science, is the way for a company to be customer-centric. The behaviours of customer from each demographic category could be objectively analysed. This will help in managing customer relationships.
