I always been wondering what is the way to provide your customers and your consumers a customer service , that he will closing the line with you or getting out of Org. with a happy face. I would like to hear opinions regarding the question
Meeting the specific needs of the customer in a professional and timely manner and possessing the ability to identify and satisfy other needs that they may have (being ahead of the customer).
Customer service is one of the jobs that needs communication skills, control and self-confidence while providing logical and appropriate answers to each question while providing appropriate suggestions to the customer's demands, and this depends mainly on training and indoctrination of the service provider from the beginning, knowledge of his powers and taking appropriate decisions
First to know what service or product that I offer to the customer secondly a smile and i was friendly with the customer after that show respect and listen carefully to the customer the response to the request of the customer
Firstly, its serve cusotmers in butter way due to make them satisfied . However, its mean you understand what the cusotmer needs and how you will serve them in perfisional way which will impact on them , as they will be happy and they get thier service.
