First of All, thanks for your invitation. Before giving my answer fair or not fair let us confirm and analyze the real reasons behind that which push the employees to submit their resignations. I think there are many causes and situations make the employees to take these decisions as :
1- Employees do not find themselves to use their qualifications in the right places
2- Weakness of the employer to available good work environment to the employees
3- No using a Transparency principle in the roles distribution, compensations and rewards
4- Poor programs and training courses to create the loyalty to the company and employer
5- Some of employers have not respect the contractual commitments with employees in Work Contracts
6- Most new employees would like to grow rapidly and try to find any other good packages to realize their ambitions
My opinion that the new employees have to build their career life with good company/ employer and not all times search and focus on the financial benefits only and no need to transfer from employer to other for getting of good financial packages. My advice to all new employees to develop firstly their technical and professional capabilities with good Employers/ Companies and then possible looking for other job opportunities in compliance with their career ambitions.
Good workers get promises from their employers ... the first time the employer smell more profits they let the people go ... how fair is this ....
It is called business. Now why should an employee be loyal to an employer when he/she is offered a better paying job, advancement or being closer to his/her family?
if employee purpose is just to collect money and disappear then this is unfair and it is a matter of cheating , employees and the company together should keep strong commitments with each other , in my testimony i saw situations like this ,the like of these employees have low density
Thanks
When management or leader made and created an organizational loyalty no one will leave, when company offers stable environment no one will leave, when you develop your employees regularly no one will leave
Employment is not a marriage that has a promise of "till death do us part." It is but normal for anyone to look for a development, career advancement, salary increment and more benefits.
Employee leaves their Companies because of many reason which most of them are under the control of the Employer. An employee must have a satisfaction survey to know the thoughts of the workers. There must be a retention program in place to retain high performing workers and most of all must have a salary and benefits range competitive in the market.
In this scenario, HR should not blame worker for being unfair because he is leaving the employer for a better offer. But the employer has to think on what he could do to keep his employees. For it unfair also to deprive someone from improving professionally and financially.
It's fair. Everyone is free to make their decision. Employer should provide interesting work, autonomy, responsibility and package to retain it's employees.
Everyone has the right to grow therefore, if someone find better option then he/she must to avail however if organization offer same package or address his/her concerns then must be considered.
This is right to every employee to avail the better opportunity for his better future as per follow professional rule.
