In most of the organization, the 40 hours work week or say 8 hours per day is standard. Normally, the lunch break is provided after 4 or 5 hours of work. So, we could say that employee shall be at work for not more than 5 hours. There could be small tea-breaks within this continuous five hours.
I think it's sometimes eight hours of work are not enough to end the work entrusted to you! But in case if few enough work for 8 hours before the employee feels bored :)
It depends on the job; most creative jobs would benifit tremendously from flexible hours. Nowadays, some companies are giving designers that flexibility in order to produce the best work they can. Straining your employees' brains will neither benefit them nor your company.
Thank you for the invitation

its a general question people often takes it in other way, when it comes to 8hrs of continueos work then its a defame for the organization there staff itself shows negative impact,no company will achieve the peak in 8hrs strss of continuous work a gap between works always shows positive result.
Thank you for invitation. I support colleagues answer, also looking forward to new opinion.
