Since you are not forcing us to choose only one, so I will mix and select more than one strategy :
So I prefer to use the following : 1,3,4, and 5.
Happy New Year
Regards
Thank you. I would go with option three. Our a pioneering sport and hunger for ciontinious improvement - you are just like every other business. Standout and be imaginative
If i would giving me a chance to become a CEO, i would be focus on customer loyalty and relationship because that is the key to success of one company.
1-Focusing on build relationships with customer
2-Focusing on understand customers needs
3-work on meet customers needs
4-Gradient with customers to get to the stage of loyalty
Basically the company focuses on customer satisfaction and that's the reason our main aim and focus must be customers. So My options would be 1,3,5,6
I go with number 6
The customer experience supports all other answers. And it may go further (better further)
I AM DEALING CUSTOMER IN A DAY HUNDRED PLUS WE ARE PROVIDING OUR MEDICAL SERVICES
TO THEM AND OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TREAT WELL IN A GOOD MOOD .AND MY RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN ANY ISSUE LIKE MEDICAL APPLICATION OR EMIRATES ID ETC
As a CEO of the company, I will asses first what is the most vital and weak area of the company. I will focus on those things by gettng the trust of my subordinates. Getting the trust of subordinates is not that easy because without them, I will not be here as a CEO. Formal meetings should be organized so that we can discuss what are best solutions to the existing problems. Being a CEO does not mean that you know everything. Reform should start wihin my self, because a good leader is always a good listener.
