12-15 minutes are enough for cooking hard boiled egg.
If water is perfectly boiling 12/15 min. is alright.
8- 10 minutes are sufficient
it needs 10-15 minuets to be boiled hard
Due to level of heat of fame its take 10 minutes in high fame but in low fame it takes 15 minutes but putting salt on water it is better for boiling eggs :)
A lot of factors need to be considered including the thickness of the egg shell, altitude, etc. For a general rule, 12-15mins should do it.
