Incoterms means International commercial term. We use the below incoterms frequently in any trade Business.

 

Ex Works (Means deliver the goods to the customer in  Warehouse or any places in the city example ex works refer as : Ex Warehouse, Ex Dubai Ex Jebel Ali port)

FOB - Free on Board : All the charges are related to the movement of goods to board the vessel is borne by the supplier is termed as FOB

 

C &  F - Cost and Freight . This term used by the seller when they make quotation for an any                                                         order to the overseas clients . It Means price of  goods quoted

                                              inclusive of Freight charges to the destination port.

 

C I  F - Cost Insurance Freight . This term used by the seller when they make quotation for an                                                               any  order to the overseas clients . It Means price of  goods                                                                     quoted  inclusive of Insurance &  Freight charges to the                                                                           destination port.

INCOTERM :-EXW ,FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR ,CIF, CPT ,CIP, DAF, DES ,DEQ, DDU, DDP 

EXW – Ex Works (named place)  

FCA – Free Carrier (named place) T

CPT – Carriage Paid To (named place of destination) 

CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid to (named place of destination) T

DAT – Delivered at Terminal (named terminal at port or place of destination) 

DAP – Delivered at Place (named place of destination) 

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid (named place of destination)

FAS – Free Alongside Ship (named port of shipment) T

FOB – Free On Board (named port or place of shipment) 

CFR – Cost and Freight (named port of destination) 

CIF – Cost, Insurance and Freight (named port of destination)
